ELL Tradeshow 2024

The Electrical League of Essex and our Local Electric Distributor Members have hosted a biennial trade show for the past 40 years. This trade show serves a multitude of purposes, not the least of which is to provide all suppliers and their representatives the opportunity to exhibit their products and services to hundreds of contractors, educators, electricians and apprentices, and consulting engineers in one place on one day.

This show provides you an unparalleled opportunity to meet the people who purchase, install, or specify your product. Every show has attracted 500-700 people.

The cost for booths is $700 for first exhibit space and $550 for each additional. The booth cost for registrations starting Sept 1st, 2025 will be increased by $100 for each exhibit space.

Please note that one 15a 120V electrical connection is included in the price of each booth.

Trade Show Agreement

I understand that only products that carry CSA, cUL or equivalent are to be displayed in accordance with the Ontario Electrical Safety Code.

In addition, only products that are sold exclusively through Windsor electrical wholesale distributors will be allowed to be displayed at this show as it is a co-sponsored event by the Electrical Distributors in the Windsor market area. These distributor partners are:

City Electric Supply, Electrozad, Franklin Empire, Graybar, Moncur Electric Supply, Nedco, Parrline, Steele Electric Supply, Wesco, EWS, and Western Equipment.

It is very important to note that there is to be nothing fastened in any way to the building. Any damage will be billed to the offending party or the nearest booth if the person responsible cannot be determined. Keep an eye out so you are not charged by accident.

Set-Up & Takedown

Displays can be brought to the hall no earlier than 8:00 AM on Wednesday Nov. 26th, 2025. Set-Up is to be done between 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM on the day of the show.

The Ciociaro Club does NOT have loading or unloading facilities. You are responsible for all shipping, loading, receiving and unloading. A fork truck will be available on Wednesday morning.

ALL MATERIALS MUST BE REMOVED BY THURSDAY AT 10:00 AM as other functions are scheduled and need o be setup for.
